Gray Caro (he/they) believes that music can bring people to a space of love, honesty, and acceptance. Being born in Hawaii, he was introduced to his first instrument, an ukulele, at the age of 3. Although his hands were too small to play the instrument, man, could he strum! His father and uncle then began to imprint their music tastes on him introducing soft rock sounds of the 70s and 80s, as well as, the timeless classics found on the Hawaiian radio. As he grew older, his attention to sound added in a focus on writing with storytelling allowing artists like Hozier, Billy Joel, and Tracy Chapman to influence his developing voice. Blending melodic guitar riffs and soulful vocals, Gray hopes to create an atmosphere that allows people to come onboard for the ride of the story.
